How to make Fruit Cordial

Fruit cordial dates back to the middle ages. It's easier to accomplish than you think. Simply need some fruit, sugar, hard liquor and patience!  All supplies will be provided for this class. There will be a follow up class (included in this fee) on November 22nd at 3pm where we will bottle our cordials. You are not required to come to this class, but you should make arrangements to learn ahead of time how to bottle your cordial.
