Oasish - Oasis Tribute Band

Originally formed in late 1994, Oasish were the first Oasis tribute act to form in Wales and one of only two on the UK circuit at the time. Forming at the start of Oasis’ stardom, the band were huge fans of the Manchester Britpop legends and loved each of their songs, perfecting them note by note. Paul Harvey who plays Liam Gallagher said, “It was just nuts for about two or three years, playing the University circuit, touring to The Isle of Man and performing at various festivals”. Along with touring the UK, the band were also given the opportunity to support INXS in Cardiff Bay in 1997 in front of a crowd of thousands.
