Join JAMS PTSA on Friday, 11/15, for an Autumn themed, cozy evening for 6th and 7th Graders. The students voted for their movie, and the winner is....Despicable Me 4! Pizza and snacks provided, fun is mandatory. This is a drop off event, pre-registration is required to attend. We need volunteers and donations to make the magic, sign up below. We look forward to seeing you there!

-As a drop off event, pre-registration is required to attend, one form per JAMS student.  There will be no admission without pre-registration.  PRE-REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 3:00 PM ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15. TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER 3:00 PM. NO TICKETS OR REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AT EVENT.
-If your student attends Boys & Girls Club, please CONFIRM with Boys & Girls Club that your student is attending and check themselves out. A PTSA volunteer will walk students over for check in.

-This event is for 6th and 7th grade JAMS students, please no 8th grade students or siblings who do not attend JAMS.

--STUDENTS MAY ARRIVE 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. This time is open for students to hang out and eat! Families are welcome to mingle and help students check in from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. 
--
At 6:30 pm start time Movie Night is a student only event, students must be checked in by 6:30 pm and picked up by 8:45 pm. Students will be supervised and must follow responsible behavior during this event. By registering students for this event, you are agreeing to all liability waivers and conduct codes.

--The weather is predicted to be cold for that evening, the event will be inside the JAMS cafeteria or Performing Arts studio. Blankets and warm clothes are encouraged. No large bags or outside food/drink will be allowed. 
--Every student attendee will get 1-2 slices of pizza, a snack and a drink. Students will receive food/drink tickets at check in. Additional items will be available for $1.
 


Event Schedule:

5:30 pm, Family Hour and Drop Off: The quad area will be open for families to mingle and get students checked in. Snacks and food will be available for students
6:30 pm, Movie Start Time:  DOORS CLOSE, Students must be checked in by 6:30 pm, families must leave by 6:30 pm
8:15 pm - 8:45 pm, Pick Up Time: Families can pick up students at any time during this window, students must leave by 8:45 pm

--Suggested donation:  $20 per student, but ANY donation amount is welcome. Any amount will to help us cover our costs and ensure that all students can attend. ALL students get admission, regardless of donation.
--Want to donate more? ALL donations go back to make this event accessible for our community and back to PTSA. You're welcome to donate any amount that feels comfortable. 

All proceeds go back to this event and benefit JAMS PTSA. Parent donations fund teacher supplies, program support, staff appreciation, grade level activities, campus beautification, theater program support, and much more.
