Mindfulness is the practice of directing your attention, intention, and awareness to the present moment to become aware of what is going on inside of you.
Practicing Mindfulness will help you stop the autopilot and fully appreciate the moment and what you are doing (or not doing). In today's society, life "on autopilot" is widespread, which explains the high number of people with anxiety, depression, fatigue, and burn-out. Mindfulness is by far the greatest tool and "way of life" you can implement to prevent or improve all these.
I will guide you through a Mindfulness Meditation of 25 min.
Every session, we explore a different style of Mindfulness Meditation.
The practice is suitable for beginners and those who already have their meditation practice.
Please, secure a space where for the time of the meditation you won't be disturbed.
EFT stands for
EFT, also known as tapping therapy, is an effective and holistic healing method that can easily be learned and applied on its own. It can demonstrably dissolve stress, fears, phobias, emotional blocks, trauma, and chronic pain, but also helps for weight control, limiting beliefs, and honestly with everything you can imagine!
EFT tapping has a positive influence on body, mind, and soul, knowing that physical pain and mental health are connected with our emotional state.
While tapping certain meridian points and formulating sentences that resonate with you, the unwanted or unpleasant (fear, worry, unresolved trauma, pain, etc.) is dissolved and transformed into what you focus on instead (self-confidence, self-trust, love).
By tapping these certain meridian points the brain, nervous system, and suppressed emotions experience a sense of security, which leads to healing.
I will guide you through the EFT-Tapping sequence. We will find the statement accordingly to your current situation and emotional state.
