Nature’s Boardroom Glastonbury
Nature’s Boardroom Glastonbury
Need help?
When is the last time you had a 'board' meeting with yourself and your business?
In a traditional boardroom, leaders gather around a table and behind closed doors, to make decisions, solve problems, and set strategy. The atmosphere can be high-pressure, focused on outcomes, metrics, and control. It's a place of intellect, logic, and performance.
In Nature’s Boardroom, the table is the forest floor, the walls are trees, and the ceiling is the sky. The conversation slows down. Instead of pushing for answers, we allow insights to emerge. Here, strategy is guided by intuition as much as intellect, and decisions are rooted in purpose, presence, and connection. Nature becomes a co-facilitator, offering space to reflect, align, and rediscover the deeper ‘why’ behind our work. It's not just about what’s next, but about what truly matters.
What is it?
Nature’s Boardroom is a one-day guided experience that gives you time out of your usual routine to reconnect with yourself and your business explored through the wisdom of the natural world. The day combines forest bathing with regenerative business mentoring. It’s designed to help you pause, reflect, and gain clarity on your business and purpose, outside of the usual office environment. You’ll be supported in exploring new perspectives, intuitive decision-making, and nature-based wisdom to guide your next steps.
You are invited to join me for this memorable day in nature, to explore self and business, in a beautiful setting where you will be nurtured for the day and leave inspired and refreshed.
The concept of Nature's Boardroom was brewed in 2015 when I had my own deep healing experience in nature. It was ignited again in the UK in 2020 when collectively, we all increased our connection to nature before a return to business as usual drew us back into the office.
Nature is the perfect place to reawaken a connection to your personal vision and your business purpose. As a regenerative business mentor, this is often a place where I coach and mentor clients. The group experience was an experiment at first and transformed into these profound days of connection.
Nature's Boardroom offers a gentle and joyful inner and outer exploration of self and business. Supporting you to unearth of new perspectives, embrace your intuition and deepen your sense of purpose and focus.
It's a much needed day out for anyone who needs a break from the pressure of responsibility, allowing this feeling to transform into something beautiful and inspiring for yourself. For many attendees, it is often a day of remembering and finding a new compass.
Every organisation and business is part of a larger living system, drawing on natural resources, responding to seasonal rhythms, and operating within the boundaries of our planet. Whether it’s the flow of energy through a team, the cycles of growth and rest in a project, or the resilience needed to adapt to change, nature’s patterns are mirrored in our work and selves. When we bring conscious awareness to this relationship, perspectives begin to shift and you begin to lead with greater harmony, sustainability, and new insight that brings you into alignment with our businesses and ourselves.
This is an opportunity to step beyond conventional strategy, find clarity with nature as your mentor and experience what Nature’s Wisdom in business truly means. Instead of walls and screens, your boardroom is the wild, a space of limitless intelligence, creativity, and possibility.
Where is it?
Your experience takes place in Glastonbury, one of Britain’s most spiritually and historically rich landscapes. You'll spend time both indoors at the beautiful Abbey House and outdoors in Glastonbury Abbey and on the iconic Glastonbury Tor.

Why Nature’s Boardroom?
Nature is a great mentor. In its rhythms, we find wisdom; in its stillness, we find answers. This day is an invitation to pause, listen, and realign your purpose and deepen your why in life and business. It's an opportunity to reconnect with your entrepreneurial vision and allow fresh insights to emerge.
You will be guided through this place-based experience to regenerative yourself and spark a regeneration of your business. Whether you are seeking clarity, direction, or transformation, this day will be designed to support your journey.
Whether you are ready to cross a threshold, unravel old patterns, or just need a beautiful day for yourself in nature with rich rest and learning, this experience offers the space to pause, recalibrate, and move forward with renewed clarity on your business, and self.
We will spend sometime indoors in the beautiful Abbey House but also have special access to Glastonbury Abbey, included in your ticket price with me. The Abbey is an extraordinary and very special place, established as a Benedictine monastery during the years 670 to 678 AD. Prior to that time, it had existed, for many years, as a Celtic religious centre. According to legend, 2000 years ago Joseph of Arimathea (Christ's uncle) is supposed to have brought the young Jesus here. King Aurthur is said to be buried there and we will visit his claimed grave site before we take our pilgrimage on The Tor for the ultimate perspective.
