A Musical Journey from London to Peru and back !
Join us for the last Jarana of 2026: Cantos para volver a la Tierra. A night to return to the earth, the grounding, o el terruno without leaving London. Every 31st of October in Peru, the popular valses, festejos, lando, panalivios and marineras from the callejon remind us of the living culture that our traditions embody, from the guitar to our hearts, from the cajon to our feet, from the voices to our spirits.
What makes you go back to your grounding?
A Journey to Peru Without Leaving London
If you haven't been before to an authentic Jarana, this is your chance to singalong, dance your troubles away and merge in the collective feelings inspired by the Pacific Ocean, the combination of European and African musical influences with indigenous sounds in the richness of Afro-Peruvian and criolla music.
Immerse yourself in the vibrant traditions of Peruvian Jarana music, a genre that colours the coastal landscapes with elegance and depth. Enjoy a performance that delivers the sensory experience of a Peruvian traditional 31st of October painted with coastal flavours of the joy of festejos, the melancholy of valses, the cadence of lando, and the vibrant pulse of marineras.
