Summer Solstice can be all about vitality, and a cause for jubilation. In our modern lives, often detached from nature's rhythms, the solstice beckons us to reconnect with the world around us. Embracing these natural transitional points in the year can deepen our sense of belonging and presence.
Expect a paced sequence that will have dynamic elements to it such as sun salutations but always with the option to rest whenever you need to.
