July & August 2026 series // Beginning or Intermediate swing dance in Larkspur // No partner required to join!

Get on the good foot! Enjoy Lindy Hop & East Coast Swing with Jasmine Worrell Dance starting Tuesday, July 14, 2026 which runs for 6 weeks, on Tuesdays. If you cannot attend all Tuesdays, no problem - just email or text Jasmine to find out how to pay, etc.

This Beginning Swing is offered from 5:15-6pm and runs 6 weeks: July 14 - August 18. 

Intermediate starts at 6pm. 

If you are new to swing dancing this series is for you. Swing is a fun social dance that is an instantly accessible way to enjoy social dancing to swing jazz, blues and rock and roll music. Swing is a form of social partner dance that evolved from Lindy Hop in the 1940’s, and is based in six-count patterns that are simplified forms of Lindy Hop patterns. In practice on the social dance floor, the six-count steps of the East Coast Swing can be mixed with the eight-count steps of Lindy Hop and Charleston, and is therefore a perfect place to begin learning Swing.

No experience or partner is necessary. Classes are progressive, therefore every week within the series, we build upon the moves taught in the previous class.

INSTRUCTOR: Encouraging and warm swing instructor has over 15 years of swing dance experience, and the class offers a very casual, friendly, positive space to learn.
