Its our favorite time of year! Start a new family tradition while driving through our dazzling light show that is choreographed to your favorite holiday music.  

Ticket prices are PER CAR not per person.
Your ticket is good for one (1) drive through the light show, and only valid for the date and time you have selected.

Choose a date and 30 min time slot for your ticket.  In an effort to manage traffic this year, please arrive during the time frame you selected.  This does not mean that you will enter the show at that time, but will help us to manage wait times.

If you would like to skip the line choose the VIP option and you will be directed to a special line with little to no waiting.  If you purchase a VIP ticket please have your ticket ready and proceed to the VIP designated lane and when asked by staff let them know you are VIP.

Tickets are non refundable.  In the unlikely event of the show being cancelled you will receive a credit via email to select another date and time.

IMPORTANT! You will receive an email from JAX Illuminations <jaxilluminations @buytickets.at> with a BARCODE and QR CODE.
The QR code or Barcode is what we need to scan at the ticket booth for entry!  Please print the QR Code or Barcode or have it ready on your phone when you arrive at the ticket booth. Please check your "Junk or Trash" email if you don't receive it in your regular email box.

When you arrive:

1. Please tune your car radio to 98.5FM (this will only work in our parking lot)
2. Please turn your car's headlights down from full lights to parking lights (the show looks the best in dim light)
3. Have your Ticket Barcode or QR code ready (either printed or on your phone) when you approach the ticket booth
4. If you purchased VIP please show your ticket to a member of staff and proceed to the VIP line.
