6th to 13th June 2027*

Following on from our low-stress, relaxed track days and with many requests from our customers, we are launching our first Driving Tour for 2027.

Taking on the ethos which has made our track events so popular, this is a driving tour where the focus is on appreciating the environment you are in, not simply seeing how fast you can get through it. To that end, we have cultivated a week-long journey through some of our favourite Scottish roads.

This is a celebration of Scotland, and will take in a combination of fan favourites like Kylesku Bridge, Loch Ness and parts of the NC500 but will feature many roads that are known only to locals and seasoned visitors. We have chosen routes that combine technically demanding tarmac with the stunning vistas that the country is famous for. Whether you've never been north of the border, or you're an annual visitor, we hope you'll find something worthwhile here.

Our itinerary is set for ONE WEEK, with the option to end early for those who need to get back. We have built in one day during the trip for those who want to make their own adventure and we finish in the stunning city of Edinburgh, with a romantic hotel included in the price. Driving officially finishes on Friday, but you have accommodation until Sunday.

This is a tour designed to be driven at your pace - you're welcome to stay with the group, or do things your own way and we will provide for those who wish to do both. We also have a number of "side quests" along the way, taking in scenic spots or extra tours to give a flavour to your journey.

This tour is limited to TWELVE CARS ONLY in order to preserve a more intimate atmosphere and give us a greater choice of venues.

The Plan

We are currently finalising the specifics of the tour, but here is a rough outline of the schedule:

Sunday 6th: Unofficial start in Yorkshire with a scenic drive to the Scottish borders and to our first stop outside Glasgow
Monday 7th: Drive to a car museum for an exclusive visit, then on to Glencoe and staying at Fort William
Tuesday 8th: Visit some of Scotland's most picturesque spots, including Eilean Donan Castle and finish near Loch Ness
Wednesday 9th: "Free Day" with optional Scottish Classics combination of Loch Ness Tour and Distillery Visit
Thursday 10th: Visit The Grampian Transport Museum, then take in the famous "Old Military Road" complete with mountain-top transport
Friday 11th: JayEmm's "hidden gem" test route and a coastal tour, then into Edinburgh for our final stop with group private dinner and awards
Saturday 12th: Team-Building Activity in Edinburgh with informal dinner (both optional)
Sunday 13th: Breakfast in hotel - depart

Total Mileage: Approximately 1100 from start in Yorkshire

The price is planned at £3,995 per car, based on two sharing. If you have different numbers, please let us know and we will offer you the best rate possible. This price is inclusive of VAT.

*Dates MAY be subject to change, but shouldn't be. We have chosen this time as the weather should be good (no guarantees!) and the schools in both England and Scotland are not on holiday.

At present we are offering two options:

1. A fully refundable £500 deposit
Once the details of the event are finalised, we will then contact you to lock in your attendance. Before this you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Full up-front payment
If you choose this option, you will pay the entirely of the £3,995 immediately. If the trip cost becomes lower, you WILL be refunded the difference. If it becomes higher, you will NOT be charged more. There is a 10% cancellation fee charged before 1st January 2027, after which it is a 25% cancellation fee before March 31st 2027 and no refunds will be given if cancelling afterwards. You will be able to transfer your tickets to another party at no cost.

If you choose to pay up-front, you will receive a credit for one track day by way of thanks from us

FAQ

Will you drive fast?
No, we will be keeping to the speed limit on all roads and respectful of the environments we are in. This does not mean driving slowly, instead we shall be enjoying both cars AND scenery. There will be opportunity throughout should you wish to explore the roads on your own.

Will there be stickers all over the car?
No, we will provide some basic stickering to help identify cars on the tour but we will not be doing "Rally-style" liveries

What food and drink is included?
Breakfast is included on all days, and dinner 3-4 days - to be finalised

What cars are welcome?
All vehicles that are safe and roadworthy are welcome. We do not judge, we are all enthusiasts and we expect a wide range from classics to supercars.

Do I need a passport, tetanus jab or similar?
No, the good people of Scotland are incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming. You can even drink the tap water - it's basically Highland Spring

What do you do if a member is inebriated?
We will be operating a very strict policy of no tolerance for drink driving. Any behaviour that is unacceptable will result in a discussion, and if that does not solve the issue the party involved will be asked to leave. It shouldn't be necessary and we pride ourselves on the friendliness of our participants.

Will there be a recovery vehicle?
Participants are expected to have their own recovery service - AA, RAC or similar - but we will also have somebody at the back of the group to help if there are any issues.
