The New Hot is a newly formed jazz band dedicated to fresh interpretations of the music of Louis Armstrong.

Rather than simply recreating the classics, The New Hot captures the spirit that made Armstrong’s music so timeless—joyful, vibrant, and irresistibly uplifting. Inspired by the energy and optimism of the era, the band brings this music into the present with a contemporary perspective while staying true to its roots.

The result is a performance that celebrates Louis Armstrong’s legacy as it was—and as it can be today: full of life, warmth, swing, and infectious energy.
