🎙 Meet the Scholars

Shaykh AbdulNasir Jangda
Founder and President of Qalam Institute (USA), Shaykh AbdulNasir is a senior educator and one of the most well-known voices in Seerah studies. He teaches Hadith, Tafsir, and Fiqh at the Qalam Seminary, and is the host of the acclaimed Seerah Podcast. He leads the Qalam Seerah Intensive and Umrah tours annually, and is known for his engaging teaching style, deep research, and ability to connect classical tradition with contemporary relevance.

Shaykh Mikaeel Smith
Instructor at Qalam Institute and author of With the Heart in Mind and When Hearing Becomes Listening, Shaykh Mikaeel brings a unique blend of spiritual depth and emotional insight. He specialises in Tafsir, Hadith, Seerah, and Islamic psychology, and is passionate about reviving the Prophetic model of inner transformation and mindful leadership. His reflective, relatable style speaks powerfully to audiences of all ages.
