Description
Performance Out Yonder
This is a magnified optic curriculum. Recommended setup would be a Red Dot with Magnifier or an LPVO.
This course is designed with the everyday rifleman in mind. Practical application of the rifle at true rifle distances is something that is seldom seen in today’s “dynamic” or “tactical” training world. What does practical mean? To me it means experience gained from actual use. Theory has no place here. The experience of actually using the tool we have chosen is often far different than going off of the ideas that are so often perpetuated. These ideas that sound great tend to actually fall short in the true application of those ideas. This is the course for understanding the guns capability, the shooters capability, and how to apply this knowledge at maximum speed in any natural environment. This course is for the magnified optic user. That is the magnified dot or the low power scope. We will be shooting from 5 yds out to at least 300 yds (more if range allows). What are you capable of? What is your rifle capable of? Let’s find out!!
This is NOT a beginners course. You should understand and be able to apply the firearm life safety rules at all times. A safety/medical brief will be given at the start of class. If you fail to safely manipulate your firearm in any way, you will be disarmed and a refund will NOT be issued.*
Cost: $600 plus $35 range fee per shooter
Tent camping is available for free. One RV hookup is available for $50 per night (contact Scott)
