You’re warmly invited to join us for a beautiful Cacao Ceremony and Sharing Circle — a gentle space to slow down, nourish your spirit and connect with yourself and others in a supportive and heart-centred environment.

We’ll begin by creating a calm and welcoming space before sharing ceremonial cacao together. Cacao has a long history of being used in traditional Central and South American ceremonial practices, and in this gathering we’ll honour it as a beautiful opportunity to pause, connect and be present.

As we sip our cacao mindfully, you’ll be invited to settle into your body, breathe deeply and turn your attention inward. There may be meditation, gentle reflection, intention-setting and moments of stillness, allowing you to simply be.

The Sharing Circle 🌿

The heart of the evening is our sharing circle — a safe and supportive space where you can speak, listen and connect without judgement.

You are welcome to share whatever feels present for you, whether that’s something you're moving through, something you're grateful for, an intention you're holding, or simply how you're feeling in the moment.

There is no pressure to speak. You are equally welcome to listen, receive and simply be part of the circle.
