JSO Season 73: Egmont and Elgar with D'Evelyn H.S. orchestra

About this concert

This youth focused concert features the D'Evelyn High School Orchestra performing alongside JSO musicians for the opening piece, Beethoven's Egmont Overture.

Percussionist Daniel Gostein, our 2020 Young Artist Competition winner will be performing his winning piece for Marimba and orchestra, Sugaria by French composer Eric Sammut.  He will also be playing the world premier of  Harchanko's Invincible Summer.

The concert concludes with Edward Elgar's  Enigma Variations

All seating is General Admission, and is handicapped accessible.
