Program Description

When couples enter the therapy office, they often carry deep pain, discouragement, and unresolved conflict. They look to the clinician for help managing chronic conflict, healing ruptures, and rebuilding connection. Drawing on over 40 years of research with more than 3,000 couples, Dr. John Gottman has developed a practical, effective, and research-based approach to guiding couples across the chasm that divides them.

In this workshop, you will learn a clear roadmap for helping couples compassionately manage conflict, deepen friendship and intimacy, and build shared meaning and purpose.
