We talk a lot about ‘self care’ and how important it is, yet we don’t always understand where to begin or how to actually practice this for ourselves.

When you begin to get out of your head and move into your body, you create space for yourself—space to think, space to breathe, space between yourself and your reactions.

During this virtual retreat you will be guided through a series of immersive practices that you can begin to fit into your lifestyle immediately.

The day includes:

  1. Meditation
  2. Breathing
  3. Movement
  4. Journaling
  5. Reflection
  6. Discussion

Underpinned by the science and philosophy to shape a positive future.

All from the comfort of your own home you where you will be led by Richmond & Jeff.

You will experience space for learning, practice, contemplation and questions.

We will guide you through the practices, explain the know-how — and most importantly ‘how to apply’ it in your world to make a difference. At home, at work, wherever you are.
