October CPR Certification Training

The purpose of the HSI CPR AED training program is for participants to gain or improve knowledge and skill proficiency in CPR and AED skills. The class will cover CPR, AED use, and choking rescue for children, infants, and adults. By purchasing an event ticket, you agree to abide by the following policies.

Please note that certification cards for this course will be sent digitally within 48 hours of course completion. Certification is valid for 2 years.

Intended Audience:

The intended audience is individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers who desire, or are occupationally required, to be trained and certified in CPR AED for the adult, child, and infant.

Jenna Cole, LLC is not responsible for contacting your employer or agency to verify your eligibility to participate in a course. You must confirm prior to registration that your employer will cover the fees associated with this course and that this is a requirement of your job. If your employer denies payment for your enrollment, the student will be billed directly for the total cost of the course based on current published rates.

This course is for participants over 12 years old. Students under 16 years old must be enrolled with, and accompanied by, a paid adult. Students under 18 years old must have their parent/guardian sign a release of liability form in class at registration.

If a student requires accessibility or additional accommodations, arrangements must be made prior to the class date and reasonable requests will be fulfilled. Please contact Jenna Cole for more information.

Refund Policy:

Students enrolling in any course agree to abide by the current class Refund Policy. All students will be required to cancel 48 hours prior to the beginning of a course. Refunds will be based on the total amount paid minus a $8 administration fee. Students canceling with less than 48 hours' notice will not receive a refund but will be allowed, one time, to transfer their registration to another available course. Students that do not cancel their registration and do not show up to a course will not receive a refund and will not be permitted to transfer their registration. 

Course Start Times:

Students arriving more than 10 minutes following the start of a course will be required to reschedule for an alternate future course. Students will be placed in the next open and available course; refunds will not be given.

Course Participation:

All students must remain actively participating in the entire class in order to receive their certification card. Students that are late, absent for extended lengths of time, or otherwise distracted will not receive a certification card.

Course Cancellation:

Although every effort is made not to cancel a scheduled course, Jenna Cole reserves the right to cancel upcoming courses for various reasons including but not limited to low enrollment, weather, instructor availability, and facilities. In the event a course is canceled, participants will be notified and rescheduled as appropriate, or refunded if requested.

Course Location:

Jenna Cole, LLC courses may be offered in various locations. It is the student’s responsibility to utilize your confirmation email or contact Jenna Cole, LLC to verify the correct address and location of the course. Failure to arrive on time due to not knowing the location of the course does not exempt the student from the course start time requirements.

Return of Property: 

Upon completing the class, all property provided to the Client must be returned to the Service Provider. Failure to do so, or damage to equipment, may result in additional charges.

Scope of Practice:

The Service Provider will follow best practices and recommendations to the best of their knowledge. The information they provide is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any medical conditions. When deemed necessary, the Service Provider shall recommend the Client seek additional professional guidance.

Image Release:

By registering for this class, you understand that you may be photographed, filmed, or videotaped and you hereby give Jenna Cole, LLC the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation. You hereby waive, release and forever discharge Jenna Cole, LLC from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image. Jenna Cole, LLC shall not be obligated to use, and may elect not to use, your image.
