During this workshop, Dr. Finlayson-Fife will tackle topics relevant to those navigating singlehood in their middle years — whether never married, divorced, or widowed. Expect honest, grounded conversation on sexuality and chastity as an adult, how to date wisely without repeating old patterns, and what it looks like to use this season as an opportunity for real growth — regardless of what comes next.

** We aren't restricting age for this event, but know that the material will be geared towards those who are a little older, who have possibly been married before, etc. While young single adults would still find the content relevant and helpful, it will be specifically geared toward those 30+ (no upper cap).
