Come join me (Sunday July 7th-August 25th from 12:30pm-2:00pm) and a small group of supportive women in a cozy, relaxed non-judgmental group where we will be focusing on taking care of ourselves. Dedicate an hour and a half of your Sunday for eight weeks just to you. You may choose to leave at an hour, the last 30 minutes is for discussion time or support. We will be caring for the mind, body and soul with helpful tools that include journaling, very light stretching that is optional or can be modified, meditation, and discussion. You will be paying up front for all sessions and of you have to miss I will be making a summary sheet of what we covered in the group and my hope is that you will dedicate an hour before the next group just to go over what was covered that week.
