Come join Jenny Townsend, LCSW in taking the dread out of journaling! Did you know that sitting and writing your feelings is only one way to journal? Learn fun new ways to incorporate journaling into your day every day for maximum or even minimum stress relief! Every little bit helps. Also, come to this workshop to vent about how much you dread journaling or to celebrate how much journaling has helped you! All feelings are welcome! If you already have a journaling practice this could be a workshop that introduces an all new way of documenting your feelings! This workshop will also provide a space and opportunity to have quiet if you like.
Journaling is a way that you can get the circling thoughts out of your head and onto paper, a screen, a sketchpad, a voice recording...whatever you may like best.
You will have the option of experiencing different techniques or spending time focusing on just one. It's up to you!
A journal and snacks will be provided for you!
