Does showing up as your full self as a creative person sometimes make you feel afraid? Do you fear sending things our or not finish work because of self criticism? Are you creating to your full potential?
Learn tools to create more peace, ease and intuition in your life in a group of supportive and nurturing women.
Are you a writer or artist who’d benefit from help balancing your life so you’ll have more time to create? Do your inner critic or imposter syndrome sometimes stop you from creating to your full potential? Are you ready to find ways to overcome procrastination, self-doubt and anxiety, and get to writing and sharing your work? If so, this is the class for you!
For many years, I have been dreaming of creating a class just for women writers to nurture their minds, emotions, spirits and creativity; a class to help you nurture yourself so you can get your creative work done.
As a writer and creative person myself, I’ve spent years seeking and developing tools to handle the stress, anxiety and fear that being an outspoken woman and artist often brings up. In this class, I want you to get to a place of creativity and freedom, and in this class, I teach some of the most powerful tools that have helped me experience more joy, focus and peace in my life and work. On my personal journey, including living with an anxiety disorder, I’ve found these tools powerful in dispelling and managing anxiety, nurturing inspiration and generating spiritual connection.
Each week learn a new ritual for self-care, including: dream work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Self-Hypnosis, Thought Work and Automatic Writing.
In our class, you’ll:
Reduce anxiety using self-hypnosis
Use dreams to guide you in life and in your creative work
Talk to your higher self through journaling
Gather with other women to nurture each other
Learn to take your negative thoughts less seriously
Learn how to process your emotions so they move through you.
And free yourself to write and live with deeper connection, balance and joy!
