I have created this original content combining my skills as a writer, writing teacher and hypnotherapist.
In this unique class I combine my experience as a writing teacher and a hypnotherapist to lead you into trances for your writing. I have been writing for over twenty-five years and in the past five years have been exploring hypnosis and became a certified hypnotherapist. I have discovered a unique way to combine trance and writing so we can access more parts of ourselves and our imagination.
In class you will learn about hypnosis and writing and some of the interesting ways that they overlap. As part of each class you will enter a group trance that I have written to guide you into your writing looking at setting, characters and plot from a hypnotic point of view. We will use trance to explore characters, story and to work with our inner critic. I will also give you writing prompts in-between classes. We will play hypnotic games that teach our minds to go into trance and lead others into trance. I will teach you self hypnosis and how to use automatic writing for your own practice. We will also use dreamwork tools. This class is for anyone who is interested in hypnotic experience and writing. This class is also fine for students who have taken the class before and want to retake the class. Hypnotherapists, therapists or coaches can also benefit from taking the class to learn new skills for themselves or their clients.
Classes will be recorded and shared with students.
