Jeremiah’s Journey is a bereavement charity providing age-appropriate therapeutic interventions for children and young people based in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. We provide emotional and practical support for those who are pre-bereavement, and who have been bereaved. We are currently supporting over 700 children and young people a year with the wider family benefit extending to 2000 people annually.
