Jules Harrison-Annear is an optimist, she believes that we can create a world that is liveable and fair for current and future generations. In the UK, Jules worked with and for vulnerable communities underserved by health and welfare systems, and in New Zealand transforming government organisations from a human perspective.  As co-founder and co-CEO of JERICA Global Ltd., she now works with individuals and ecosystems to prove that ethical principles, inclusion and environmental regeneration can successfully replace current systems and thinking across business, economics, investment and leadership.  You can catch-up and learn about ethical practice through the Shifting to Ethical Systems podcast, available on all major platforms.
