Beautifully Made Exhibition and JRP Film Premiere

Book your tickets and join us for an exhibition of art created by our service users!

Beautifully Made is an art project based on the Bible passage Psalm 139 which we have been running for service users with the help of Living Well Family Services. We are holding an exhibition in community for anyone to attend, of all faiths and none, where we will present the artwork and some of the stories behind them.

The structure of the evening is as follows:

6pm-7.30pm Optional Workshop

7.30pm-9pm Exhibition

8pm Film Premiere

Notebook Workshop at 6pm (Optional)

You can also join us for a creative and uplifting mixed media workshop where you'll transform a plain ring-bound notebook into a beautiful, personalised journal.

Using a variety of materials including decorative papers, paints, fabrics, stickers, and embellishments, you'll design and create a unique notebook cover that reflects you. Like the artwork in the exhibition there will be a theme of being “beautifully made”, inspired by Psalm 139.

Suitable for beginners and experienced crafters alike - the workshop is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

All materials provided. Just bring your creativity and an open mind!

Stay to see our brand new video!

During the exhibition we will also be premiering our new prison-focused JRP promotional film! The short film is about five minutes in length. The exhibition will continue to be open, during and after the film is being shown.

We would love you to join us on the evening of 13th November at Holy Trinity Lenton for this exciting event.

Parking

There is street parking available along Church Street as well as some residential streets on the other side of the railway bridge, including Midland Avenue (see map image below).
