🏀 JBBA Corporate Basketball League – Get in the Game! 🏆

Ready to swap the office for the court? The JBBA Corporate Basketball League is the perfect chance to get active, build teamwork, and have some fun in a friendly, beginner-friendly competition! Whether you’re an individual looking to join a team or a company ready to rally your colleagues, this league is for you.

📅 League Format & Key Dates

League Format:

• 12 teams split into 2 pools

• Games played on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings

• 3 games per night

• Games consist of 4 x 8-minute quarters (stop clock)

• Top teams progress to finals (format confirmed once entries close)

Special Rule:
🏀 Double points for any baskets scored by female players.

Key Dates:

• Entry closes: Friday, 11th April

• Open Training Nights: Tuesday 21st & Wednesday 22nd April

• League Starts: Tuesday 28th April

• League Finals: (TBC based on final schedule)

All games will be played between 6pm–9pm at Beaulieu Sports Centre.

📝 How to Enter

Team Entry (minimum 10 players): £600 per team
Once registered, we’ll support you with player registration. We can invoice your company directly if preferred (contact paul@basketball.je).

Individual Entry:
Sign up solo and we’ll place you into a team with other individual entrants.

This league is designed for:

• Beginners

• Rusty returners

• Social players

• Work colleagues looking for a great team-building experience

No prior competitive experience required!

📜 Rules & Regulations

• Adults only (18+)

• All teams must register at least 10 players

• Games played Tuesday & Wednesday evenings (6–9pm)

• 4 x 8-minute quarters (stop clock format)

• Double points for baskets scored by female players (born female)

• Focus on fair play and sportsmanship

• Appropriate sportswear and non-marking footwear required

• Aggressive or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated
