Wild Herbalism through the seasons SPRING
Sun 27 Apr 2025 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Bevendean community Garden, BN2 4FH
Description
Take a deep dive into the native plant medicines and energies of each of our four seasons with herbalists and nature-based facilitators Jessie Martelhof and Amy Cox.
Learn about the native herbal medicines which grow during each season, and how to make a range of herbal remedies from them in this mainly outdoors-based, nature-connected experience of herbalism .
As well as Herbal remedy making we will also offer some mindful and creative nature-based activities to allow us to drop even more deeply into the plants and the landscape.
We will share a cooked lunch together and gather around a cosy bonfire in the cooler months.
