JF Ross 2024 Commencement

This year's commencement celebration is on Thursday June 27^th 2024 in E.L. Fox.

There are multiple options so please choose the option that suits you and your guests best!

Based on available seating in E.L. Fox, graduates may bring up to 4 guests.

If you have more than four guests, please consider booking in the early (1pm) ceremony as this one usually has more available space. You can then message ed.hicken@ugdsb.on.ca to request an additional ticket.

If you or your guests have any mobility or accessibility needs (wheelchair seating, ASL interpreter, etc), please also email: ed.hicken@ugdsb.on.ca ASAP so we can arrange accommodations.

• Group Ceremony 1 starts at 1:00 pm sharp. Grads must arrive at 12:30.
• Group Ceremony 2 starts at 3:00 pm sharp. Grads must arrive at 2:30. <Sold Out>
• Group Ceremony 3 starts at 5:00 pm sharp. Grads must arrive at 4:30. <Sold Out>

NOTE: We are only using Ticket Tailor for scheduling purposes. While you will receive a digital ticket with your booking, you DO NOT NEED TO BRING THE TICKET to Commencement. We will have a record of the ceremony for which you have signed up.
