Description
About this event
This Bristol DataViz Group is a group for individuals interested in data visualisation, where members can skill-share, discuss data visualisation topics and highlight great examples. To us, data visualisation means representing large scale data in interesting and innovative ways: more than just a graph! We meet monthly with either a scheduled speaker, tutorial or a more informal discussion session.
Geospatial analysis and the Measles Elimination Strategy
Richard will be describing how we at NHS South, Central and West have been developing Geospatial Solutions to help our partners in NHS England address the current outbreak of Measles. Our focus is on looking at the uptake of MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) vaccination uptake and trying to find patterns of low uptake, especially when they’re related to health inequalities and social deprivation.
Please look at our Code of Conduct which we follow at all virtual and in-person events.
