Terms and Conditions

By completing the Payment you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable
2. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) reserve the right to change  the venue of the Concert. You will receive an update if that happens.
3. The ticket holder may be asked to present a valid photo ID at the event
4. In the event of group bookings, the purchaser of the group bookings is solely responsible for distribution of tickets.
5. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder who violates the event rules or engages in any disruptive behavior.
6. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
7. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule without prior notice.
8. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) reserve the right to change concert timings or schedules without incurring any penalty or obligation to issue refunds. Attendees acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate such changes, and they agree to attend the event under these conditions.
9. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) may use non-financial information collected during the booking process for promotional and event-related communication purposes.
10. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to receive communication from the organizers about the event and any other promotions related to this event or any future event.
11. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) are not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged at the event.
12. The ticket holder assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event.
13. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Group) reserve the right to record or photograph the event and use such recording or photographs for promotional purposes.
14. In the event of Cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances out of control of the "organizers" (Jhankaar Group), you will be notified and informed of the next steps accordingly.
