Kids-Care shall be provided by a professional company arranged by 'Jhankaar Cares' and shall be available in a separate room in the venue.

Terms and Conditions while confirming this booking:

1. All booking/tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.

2. The parent or guardian agrees NOT TO leave the Colorado Convention Center or Bellco Theatre property while their child is on the premises.

3. The parent or guardian agrees to hold harmless and indemnify "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) and the City and County of Denver, SMG dba ASM Global, their officers, directors, and employees from and against all liabilities surrounding and as a result of this Kids care offering during Concert duration.

4. The Parent or Guardian agrees to bring a Valid Photo Identification which would be used for drop-off and pickup of kids.

5. The Parent or Guardian agrees to be contacted by the kids-care provider before the event via email and text and MUST sign a waiver form before the event.

6. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur in the Kids-care provided at the facility. The event Kids care is not the responsibility of the event "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) , and any issues related to the Kids care should be addressed to the Kids care provider directly. Parents would sign a waiver directly with the Kids care provider for the same.

7. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) may use non-financial information collected during the booking process for promotional and event-related communication purposes.

8. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) reserve the right to change concert timings and hence the Kids-care offering or schedules without incurring any penalty or obligation to issue refunds.

Attendees acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate such changes, and they agree to attend the event under these conditions.

9. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder who violates the event rules or engages in any disruptive behavior.

10. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.

11. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to receive communication from the organizers about the event and any other promotions related to this event or any future event.

12. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) are not responsible for any personal property lost or damaged at the event.

13. The ticket purchaser assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event.

14. The "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares) reserve the right to record or photograph the event and use such recording or photographs for promotional purposes.

15. In the event of Cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances out of control of the "organizers" (Jhankaar Cares), the value of the ticket will be refunded automatically using the same payment mode. Any Booking, convenience & transaction fees charged by Ticket Tailor are strictly Non-refundable.

16. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
