Jhive is a cross-communal charity that helps corporate employers cultivate a more welcoming and inclusive environment for Jewish employees through equity, diversity and inclusion training. Jhive also delivers alternative career education to schools with a focus on apprenticeships and widening career education to include sectors where more representation is welcome. Jhive also provides an international hub for Jews working in technology called JIT - Jews-In-Tech and is launching an international community and programme called FourByTwo for pre-founders and early stage founders to launch and scale their startup.
