Eric Ciake will be teaching a wrestling seminar on the 3rd of August 1:00pm - 3:00pm. The seminar will replace the regular BJJ class on that day. Eric is an amazing instructor and the seminar is highly recommended for anyone interested in improving their overall grappling, even if your focus is on gi jiu jitsu.
