The 49th Simply Sarasota Tour of Homes will be held on
Friday, January 30th & Saturday, January 31st, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. each day.

Over the two days of this upcoming iconic tour, attendees will have the opportunity to once again take a very intimate look inside some of Sarasota’s most beautiful and exclusive homes, complete with live music, demonstrations, pop-up shops, lite bites, wine tastings, and much more. Self-guided tours of the homes or guided tours with a Junior League hostess will be available.

General admission tickets are currently offered for the event.
The VIP Trolley tours are sold out!
- General admission ticket holders can drive to any home they like throughout the day and at their leisure.
- Even though the homes are numbered on the below map, you can start at any home you would like to!
- Please follow signage and park along the side of streets in legally marked areas without blocking driveways or mailboxes of homes on the streets.
- Please bring your ticket print-out with you when checking-in.
- Upon checking in, you will be given a program, which will serve as your entry to the homes on the Tour.
- Every home will have a check-in table.
- You can use your General Admission ticket on the day you choose – either Friday or Saturday.
- Remember, that your ticket does include entry to the Toast of the Tour Celebration at Cinebistro on Saturday, January 31st, from 4:00 – 6:30 pm, if you would like to attend that also. We will have a silent auction there along with music entertainment, one complimentary drink, light bites and simply a time to celebrate the conclusion of the Tour.
Please remember that while some individual vendors on the tour may accept cash, any Junior League supported purchases while on the Tour to include tickets, cookbooks, etc. are cashless, so please also ensure you have a credit or debit card with you.
If other friends or family decide to come along with you last minute, this is ok - general admission tickets are also sold on the days of the Tour.

Toast of the Tour Celebration at Conclusion of Tour on Saturday:
Immediately following the end of the Tour on Saturday, January 31st from @ 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm, there will be a Toast of the Tour Celebration with music, lite bites, drinks, a fabulous selection of silent auction items, and simply an opportunity for fun and celebration following this amazing community event. Joey D will be the entertainment for the event!
Cinebistro of Siesta Key will be our location again this year for the Toast of the Tour celebration. Tickets to the Tour of Homes will include admission to the Toast of the Tour event, and one complimentary beverage additionally. Or, tickets to gain access to the Toast of the Tour event only can be purchased at the door.
Proceeds from this event will directly support the Junior League of Sarasota’s signature focus, providing assistance and support to those in our community who are aging out of the foster care system, in addition to other support the league provides in the greater Sarasota community.

What does the Junior League of Sarasota do? The Junior League of Sarasota is a non-profit organization of trained, hands-on volunteers that has been working to address some of the most difficult issues Sarasota faces for more than 60 years. You may be familiar with some of our legacy projects, many of which are now separate organizations. We are responsible for the creation of organizations such as Children First, the Child Protection Center and Teen Court; built the first handicapped accessible playground; purchased and stocked household goods for new homes at Harvest House; etc. These are just a few of the charitable works that the Junior League has been a key part of. This year we have a focus on Aging Out of Foster Care. When we recognize a crisis, our 250+ members turn hard-work and resources into solutions. Every year, hundreds of young adults age out of the foster system without parental guidance to help them establish themselves and their futures. The Junior League of Sarasota is joining the fight to support and assist the youth of the foster care system in Sarasota County by creating an impactful program that will help them obtain the life skills and education necessary to become self-sufficient, live independently, and maintain employment.
Attending or supporting the Tour of Homes means that you are not only going to have a great time and see some beautiful homes, but you are helping the Junior League of Sarasota help those in the community who need it the most.
