"How To Train Your Dragon" One Day Horse Training Clinic, with Joanna Lowes and Rachel Parsons
Multiple dates and times
Coetir Bach Farm, SA14 7ST
Description
Unlock the key to mastering both the inner and outer game of horse training in this transformative one-day clinic, designed for anyone who wants to enhance both their personal confidence and their horse training skills. Walk away with a clear understanding of how to align your mindset and training strategies to achieve real results.
Hosted by Joanna Lowes and Rachel Parsons, this workshop integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques with the best global and ethical horse training principles.
Our approach is to hold a safe, non-judgemental space for all participants, no matter what age or stage of their journey, their challenges and history.
In this clinic, we’ll explore:
- The inner game: We'll help you understand the structure of your self-confidence, build self-regulation skills, understand the power of goal-setting & sensory awareness that is needed to keep you and your horse safe and happy.
- The outer game: Understanding your horse's natural behavior and needs, read their body language, and learn how to build trust and achieve goals with ethical training techniques.
You’ll learn how your mental state, body language and timing affect your horse’s response and your own success rate.
We have designed this course to support people who have had wobbles, who deeply love their horse or want to get back into horses, and want to build a strong, trusting relationship with your horse and feeling empowered in every interaction.
- For those of you who have had a major challenge, we may contact you before the course to learn how we can best support you on the day.
- For those of us who have had trauma and challenge in our personal lives, we'll hold the space for you to explore growth at your own pace in a non-judgemental space.
Join us for this unique experience and take your horse training—and your mindset—to the next level!
