I am Jo, I took my City & Guilds Diploma in upholstery back in 2008 and now share my passion for chairs through teaching leisure classes from my workshop in Midhurst, West Sussex.
Depending on whether you are a complete beginner or a regular to my classes, workshop days include short demonstrations by me, with the majority of the day taking the form of practical progress on your project, at your own pace, with individual guidance from me when required. A range of small upholstery technique tasks are available to build up your skills so there is always something to keep you moving forward.
Groups are small with a maximum of 4 students for upholstery classes.
