Get ready for an unforgettable evening of live music, fantastic food, and community spirit! John Eastwood Hospice, in association with local Rotary Groups & MTFC, proudly presents Proms on the Pitch. Join us under the canvas of the Stags heated Marquee for a spectacular lineup of local talent, incredible food, and major fundraising events, all expertly compared by the brilliant Nigel Ashton from the Kirkby Rotary Club.

The Main Stage Programme

We have a stellar line up spanning brass, pop, orchestral classics, swing music and vocalist

• 5:30 PM – Shirebrook Brass Band
• 6:45 PM – Major Oak Pop Choir
• 7:45 PM – PJ Orchestra
• 9:15 PM – Ravenshead Swingband
• 10:30 PM – Grand Finale & Finish

Non-Stop Entertainment: There's no downtime here! During our session changeovers, a special guest vocalist will keep the energy flying high by celebrating the iconic music of George Michael.

Food, Drink & Extras

• Picnic Style: Guests are welcome to bring along their own food and picnics. Don't forget your deckchairs and blankets to set up your perfect spot!
• Special Afternoon Tea Boxes: Treat yourself to a delicious Picnic Afternoon Tea Box for just £12! Packed with all the traditional favourites you’d expect from a classic afternoon tea, every single penny of profit goes directly to supporting the hospice
