• UK Disabled ID Card (DID Card)

Travel-Related Passes

• National Rail Disabled Persons Railcard

• Disabled Person’s Freedom Pass

• Local authority disabled travel pass

• Blue Badge (both sides)

Medical or Official Documentation

• Certificate of Visual Impairment or Dual Sensory Impairment

• Official confirmation that you are Deaf or use a hearing aid (for example, a hearing aid battery prescription)

• Assistance Dog ID Book

• A signed letter or document from a GP, social worker, nurse or other medical professional confirming a disability as defined by the Equality Act (2010)

Evidence of Disability-Related Benefits

Examples include:

• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

• Disability Living Allowance (DLA)

• Attendance Allowance

• Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or Severe Disablement Allowance

• Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)

• War Disablement Pension or War Pensioner’s Mobility Allowance

• Continuing Healthcare Package

• Direct Payments or Social Care Package awarded for reasons of disability

Essential Companion Tickets

An Essential Companion ticket is provided as a reasonable adjustment for customers who would otherwise be unable to attend the event without additional support.

Please note that this is not a “buy one get one free” offer. The companion ticket is intended for individuals who require assistance due to disability-related needs.

The level of support required should be significant and beyond what could reasonably be expected from family or friends already attending the event with you.
