Policy into action – advanced Safeguarding

This training is for managers and community leaders with responsibility for writing Safeguarding policies and putting them into practice. It aims to support you in creating a safeguarding culture in your organisation, to embed the principles of good practice and give you confidence in dealing with concerns, incidents and false alarms.  £25

It’s important to have a good understanding of safeguarding prior to attending this course, you may wish to attend our ‘Keeping people safe – an introduction to Safeguarding’ course in the morning. Both courses are delivered by Karen Frostick, CEO of John Storer Charnwood, trained by the Leicestershire Social Care Development Group and with many years experience in this field.

Four hours, with a comfort break. Refreshments may be purchased from our cafe.
