JOINER Industry Day 2027

You’re invited: JOINER Industry Day 2027

Join us in Bristol at the brand new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus for the JOINER Industry Day, bringing together industry, academia, government and the wider future networks ecosystem to explore how collaboration and experimentation can help accelerate the journey from invention to adoption in advanced connectivity.

As the UK’s open, international-scale experimentation platform for future networks research, development and innovation, JOINER provides a way for industry and researchers to work together to explore emerging technologies, test ideas at scale and address challenges that will shape future networks.

Register your place now

The Industry Day will demonstrate what this means in practice and, crucially, what it could make possible for your organisation.

What can you expect?

See what JOINER makes possible
Discover JOINER’s capabilities through live demonstrations, research showcases and examples of collaboration. Explore how experimentation can help organisations investigate new technologies, test approaches and better understand the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Hear directly from industry and ecosystem partners
Learn from organisations including BT, Vodafone, Ericsson and Ofcom, alongside researchers and other partners, as they share perspectives on future networks, the role of academia–industry collaboration and the priorities shaping the road to 6G.

Connect with potential collaborators
Meet people working across industry, research and the wider innovation ecosystem. Whether you are exploring a technical challenge, looking for research expertise or considering how to test an idea, the day offers opportunities to make relevant connections and identify potential routes to collaboration.

Help shape what comes next
Take part in discussions about the barriers to innovation and what is needed to overcome them. Together, we will explore the role of JOINER, industry and the wider ecosystem in turning research and experimentation into real-world impact.
