Event Description:

"No one is normal... it just looks that way from across the street"

Make sure to watch the new HBO Original mini-series DTF St. Louis, a dark comedy that lifts the lid off the suburban psyche. You'll be left in laughter and tears, begging to know more. Luckily for you, there will be plenty to unravel...

Join us at SDPC with psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Timothy Rayner, M.D. for a lively psychoanalytic exploration of the show. Drawing on psychoanalytic theory and decades of clinical experience, Dr. Rayner will examine the show's central characters, unpacking the hidden motivations, emotional conflicts, defenses, and relationship dynamics that drive the story. Whether you're a fan of the mini-series, curious about psychology, or both, this event offers a thought-provoking deep dive that you won't want to miss! Come out of curiosity, and stay for the Reel Analysis.
