Wild fired dinner @ JoJo's

An evening in the vines at JoJo's Vineyard on the Chiltern Hills escarpment above Henley — a fire-cooked feast prepared by a guest Wildfired chef over seasoned hardwood, with JoJo's wines poured alongside.

As the sun drops over the valley the whole group sits down together under JoJo's Hurlingham stretch tent for dinner. The vines around you, the Chilterns turning gold, and a feast in front of you that's been cooked entirely over open fire. It's an evening in a Chiltern Hills vineyard that's genuinely hard to replicate.

Every guest arrives to a glass of JoJo's sparkling wine. Every table of six has a bottle of JoJo's still white included. The bar is open for the rest of the evening.

Good to know:
• Starts 6pm, allow 3-4 hours
• Held outdoors in the vineyard — dress for the evening and bring a layer
• Sturdy footwear recommended, you'll be among the vines
• Free parking on site
• Dogs welcome on leads

From the fire:
• Whole legs of Chiltern Lamb cooked on the hanging frames over an English Oak fire
• Chalk Stream Trout on Cedar Boards
• Plancha Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

Sides:
• Salt Baked Beetroot and Pomegranate, Roast Squash and Goats Cheese
• Wood Roasted Hispi Cabbage
• Warm Salad of Butternut Squash, Ricotta and Pumpkin Seeds

Dessert:
• Showstopper Pavlova, vanilla cream, seasonal soft fruits with raspberry sauce, pistachios and rose petals
