JoJo's Sundowner

Join us for a sundowner at JoJo's, our small working vineyard on the Chiltern Hills escarpment above Henley-on-Thames. The light here does something rather special: as the sun drops behind the hills it catches the vines in a way that makes everyone reach for their phone, and then put it down again and just look. It's our favourite time to be here.

Sit and enjoy JoJo's wine at your own table, or share with someone else if we happen to be busy. Bring a picnic blanket and settle in among the vines if you'd prefer. Choose between a JoJo's trio tasting glass or individual glasses of our wine. Still, sparkling and rosé available.

The bar is open from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Come for the whole evening or whenever suits you.

Booking is required. Under our licence we're unable to welcome walk-ups, so please reserve your place in advance.

Cheese and charcuterie boards must be pre-booked, as at this stage we only make them to order.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome. We are a quiet vineyard and would like to keep it that way, so any dogs or owners who misbehave will be asked to leave.

We can't promise the perfect sunset, the Chilterns make their own decisions about that, and sessions are weather dependent, so please keep an eye on our Instagram for any last-minute changes. Limited free parking on site and we're 100m from Maidensgrove Common or the Five Horse Shoes pub which is now closed unfortunately.
