Sound Healing Session for Neurodivergent Children
A calm, shared Sound Healing session for neurodivergent children and their parents
This is a gentle Sound Healing session created for neurodivergent children and the parent or caregiver who supports them.
The intention is to offer a calm, predictable space where children can lie down, rest, and be supported by sound, without pressure or expectation. A space where nothing is being asked of them, and where parents and caregivers can soften and rest alongside their child.
Sound Healing can support nervous system regulation by offering steady, grounding vibrations that help the body settle. Many children experience this as calming and reassuring, particularly when they find the world overwhelming or stimulating.
This is a shared session. It is not a drop-off event. Parents and caregivers are expected to stay for the full session and are invited to rest alongside their child.
No prior experience is needed. The intention is simply to lie down and rest in the sound.
