Sound Healing - A space to Exhale
Sound Healing | A Space to Exhale
If you do everything for everyone else, this hour is for you!
This is an uninterrupted hour and a half away from everything that's asking for your attention.
A chance to step away from the noise, pressure and busyness of everyday life and spend some time simply looking after yourself.
We begin with a gentle guided meditation before allowing the soothing sounds of rain, crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming and chimes to gently fill the space, inviting you to slow down, unwind, breathe a little deeper and simply rest.
You don't need any experience, and you certainly don't need to be good at relaxing.
Just come as you are, make yourself comfortable and allow the experience to unfold naturally.
What to bring
To help you get the most from your experience, please bring:
- A yoga mat, camping mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A pillow
- A warm blanket
- Anything else that will help you feel cosy and comfortable.
The more comfortable you are, the easier it is to fully relax.
