The theme for this year's Ezer pre-intensive focuses on an essential leadership skill: The art of communicating.

The way we communicate in leadership has power. Our words can shape the culture of our communities; we can confuse or bring clarity to those we lead, we can build teams or break them. Our communication can also inspire, empower and mobilize for positive impact. This intensive is designed to help you develop and grow as a communicator, offering tools and insights to sharpen your skills and increase your effectiveness.

Alongside our main group sessions, this one day intensive will offer tracks that explore the art of communication in various contexts: 

• writing
• public speaking
• leading teams
• worship leading
