Ezer Collective is designed for Christian woman leaders wherever they lead: marketplace, military, church, non-profit, communities and beyond!

This year, for the first time, we are offering the Intensive and Pre-Intensive as pay-what-you-can because we deeply want women in the room. We believe that gathering with other women in these challenging times can be a powerful catalyst for navigating the uncertainty and complexity of the days ahead.

Phenomenal women are leading and influencing at a high level with huge responsibilities. You are incredible! You’re managing teams in the corporate world, you’re entrepreneurs with startups and side hustles. You're leading in your churches: as directors, ministry leaders or pastors. You lead nonprofits; you're digital curators, creatives, influencers. You lead in your families and communities. All these things and so much more, all at once! Leadership can be exciting and exhilarating, but we know that it's also stretching and hard. It’s even lonely sometimes. When you’re busy leading, building initiatives and developing everyone else, it’s hard to invest in your own growth and development.

Leader, we see you. We believe your leadership matters. We believe your personal and professional growth matters. So we’ve created a space for you.

Restore and Rebuild: Leading Through Adversity

You'll use the old rubble of past lives to build anew,
     rebuild the foundations from out of your past.
You'll be known as those who can fix anything,
     restore old ruins, rebuild and renovate,
     make the community livable again.

Though these words were set in a specific space and time, they sound like a word and commission to leaders today. In a demanding era shaped by seismic cultural shifts and challenges, we've experienced exciting breakthroughs, tiring battles, stretching frustrations and humbling failures. There are moments that have changed us and reshaped us. But will they define us and limit the leaders we're called to be?

Join us for this year's Ezer Collective as we explore what it means to be leaders who restore and rebuild in our spaces, even as we lead through adversity.

And alongside this year’s new theme, the essential features of Ezer remain:

We'll make space for worship, prayer and reflection because whatever industry we’re in, our faith in Jesus fuels and defines the leaders we are becoming.

We’ll get tactical and practical in our main sessions, panels and smaller group breakouts. We’ll dedicate time to building connections and networking ( sounds intimidating, but is life-giving and powerful!) .

And together we’ll be catalyzed for influence in impact wherever God has placed us.
