The Ezer Collective is designed for Christian women leaders wherever they lead: Marketplace, military, church, non-profit and beyond!

Women who lead in all spaces are invited . Both intensives will be relevant to leaders of every field and scope .

Phenomenal women are leading and influencing at a high level with huge responsibilities. You are incredible! You're directors or leaders or pastors in churches. You're entrepreneurs, or managing teams in the workplace. You're leaders in non profits or in digital spaces, you’re creatives who influence the masses with their art. Some of you are a combination of the above! Leadership can be exciting and exhilarating, but we know that it's also stretching and hard. It’s even lonely sometimes. When you’re busy leading, building initiatives and developing everyone else, it’s hard to make space for all you need to thrive in your leadership. The challenges since 2020 have only intensified the struggles women leaders face every single day.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided at the event. Attendees are responsible for providing their own accommodations, meals and transportation. The Ezer team will be providing a Google map with recommended restaurants in the area closer to the event.
