Sundays are one of Joujou's most popular days to play! To keep our cozy space enjoyable for all families, reservations are now required during our busiest time on Sunday mornings.

Reservations will be for the two hour (9:00-11:00am) time frame. If you arrive a bit (or more than a bit) after 9am, don't fear - we won't be moving families to the door unless we remain at capacity at 11:00 & additional families are entering to play. 

We will still stay open for play until 1:00pm, but this morning reservation system will be our go-to until the warmer weather returns. 

Get your reservation started with the tips below!

First time visiting Joujou or haven't been in to play since the new year? Make it a bit easier by completing our waiver ahead of time.

Make your reservation: Select the number of adults (no charge) and children (price dependent on number of kiddos). Children must belong to 1 household. Infants 4 months & under: do not need a reservation & are free to visit.

Using a punch card or prepurchased play pass?: Use the "Member" category to mark the total number of people & bring your punch card along to play

Members: Simply note total number coming (adults & children)

TEACHERS and School Employees: Select 'Member' Ticket- and remember to bring in your ID with you when you visit! 

Holding Space families: Please use the "Member" category to make the total number of people & we will process your payment at Joujou. If this is your first time playing with us, please bring the state assistance card too.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Thank you for coming to play at Joujou! We get it - sometimes things happen and plans change - and that's ok!

*If you won't be using your reservation, please email us at info@joujoudsm.com OR call 515-528-2044 as soon as possible so we can open it up for another family to play. *

Your purchase will be applied to a future drop-in play pass if notified at least 1 hour before play. No refunds will be given.
